Our Teacher Leaders
Susana Rodriguez
Founding Lirio Montessori Teacher Leader
Susana has been working with children and families since 2007. She has her degree in early childhood education and received her Montessori credential from the Montessori Center of Minnesota. She founded Lirio Montessori in 2018.
Susana is passionate about working with children and bringing access to authentic high-quality Montessori to her community.

Stephanie Becerra
Lead Guide
Stephanie joined Lirio in the summer of 2023. She is AMI-trained as a Montessori primary teacher through the Montessori Center of Minnesota. Stephanie has over 6 years of experience working with young children. Stephanie is highly committed to providing children with a loving and nurturing education that centers them and encourages independence.
Yolanda Serrano
Assistant
Yolanda has been with Lirio for five years. She is AMI-trained as an assistant through the Montessori Center of Minnesota. Yolanda loves working with children and helping create a peaceful, loving, and beautiful environment for them.
Wendy Moreno
Assistant
Wendy joined Lirio in 2023. She's excited to join our team, bringing with her experience working with diverse communities and children. Wendy's loving and caring attitude, coupled with her dedication to supporting children's growth and development, makes her a valuable addition to our community.
Our Board
MWMS is governed by a school board comprised of teachers, parents and community members. Meeting dates and times are posted on our Board Calendar. Each meeting begins with an opportunity for growth and development and anyone from the community is welcome and encouraged to attend.
